Service Plans
MacMEDIC Consulting Monthly Maintenance Service Plans are designed to improve your current IT Infrastructure as well as reduce overall maintenance costs. We have designed three unique plans, customized to deliver the highest level of service for your specific IT needs.
Basic
With the “Basic Plan”, you receive tier 1 on-site IT Help Desk support for all desktop and portable units. This will include monthly checkups and diagnostic reviews. Also included is remote support and basic documentation of client computers. This package does not include Server or VPN Appliance support and maintenance.
Standard
With the “Standard Plan”, you receive all of the services of the Basic Plan with the addition of commercial diagnostic tools for troubleshooting and maintenance. Also included is tier 2 support for the monthly monitoring of one advanced server (advanced servers run any of these services: Open Directory, Mail, Software Update, Netboot, NAT, DHCP, Web as well as File sharing services) and Retrospect Servers, and 1 Firewall (SonicWall, Cisco Pix).
Advanced
With the “Advanced Plan”, you receive all of the services of the Standard Plan, with the addition of documentation on your entire IT Structure, monthly written reports of server status as well as weekly monitoring of Retrospect Logs.
